Information you choose to share
The form collects your name, email address, organisation, optional contact number, service requirement, delivery details, message and optional attachment. We use these details to assess your enquiry, prepare a response and communicate about the requirement. Do not attach identity documents, medical records, passwords or unrelated personal information.
Sending and retaining information
Enquiries are sent through our hosting provider to our email mailbox. Providers supporting website hosting and email process the information as part of those services. Attachments are processed temporarily for email delivery and are not kept in a public website folder. Enquiry emails are retained while needed for the enquiry, resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations. Ask us about access, correction or deletion at info@accelerateglobal.co.za; requests are assessed against applicable obligations.
Basic measurement and spam protection
The website counts page views, WhatsApp clicks, capability downloads and successful form submissions in aggregate. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts are used. The form uses a session cookie for security. A salted hash of a network address is stored temporarily for submission-rate limits; raw IP addresses are not stored by the form code. Hosting providers may separately maintain server and security logs.
External services
WhatsApp and your email provider apply their own privacy practices when you contact us through those services. Client marks identify organisations we have worked with and do not imply endorsement.
